Job summary

Johnson Controls in Oklahoma City is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage installation scheduling and coordination from initial contact to project closeout. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all installations from first contact to contract close.
• Make initial contact with customers within 48 hours of booking.
• Ensure installation site readiness (construction progress, lift availability, network, on-site personnel).
• Schedule technicians and subcontractors using scheduling software for on-time completion.
• Create job packets with installation details and forms for installers.
• Track on-time delivery of materials and update Installation Portal.
• Facilitate closeout of installations with necessary paperwork and cross-department communication.
