Job summary

You will schedule internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time installation, verify site readiness, and maintain project progress in our systems.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate in a professional business manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installations from first contact to contract close.
• Make initial contact with customers within 48 hours of job booking.
• Communicate with internal/external customers to ensure site readiness.
• Schedule technicians and subcontracted vendors to ensure on-time completion.
• Create job packets with installation details and forms for installers.
• Track delivery of materials and update the Installation Portal.
• Close out installations with required paperwork and clear communication.
