Job summary

Johnson Controls in Oklahoma City is seeking a detail‑oriented Installation Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end installation projects from initial contact to closeout. You will schedule technicians, coordinate with vendors, prepare job packets, and ensure site readiness through effective communication with customers and internal teams.

The role requires a High School degree, at least one year of customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to communicate in a professional business manner.

Responsibilities

Organize and schedule all installations from first customer contact to contract close.
Make initial contact with each customer within 48 hours of job booking.
Coordinate and schedule technicians and subcontracted vendors for on-time installation.
Create job packets with installation details and provide to Installers prior to start.
Track materials and update the Installation Portal for stakeholders.
Assist with other administrative tasks as directed by supervisor.
