Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring an Installation Coordinator in Oklahoma City. You will collaborate with internal teams to organize installations from initial customer contact to contract close and ensure site readiness throughout the process.

Responsibilities include coordinating technicians and subcontractors, creating job packets, tracking materials, and updating the Installation Portal. A high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installations from first contact to contract close.
• Make initial customer contact within 48 hours of booking.
• Ensure installation site readiness and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Schedule technicians and subcontractors to meet on-time installation targets.
• Create job packets and provide them to installers before start.
• Track materials and update the Installation Portal with progress.
• Close out installation jobs with necessary paperwork and communications.
