Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a customer-focused On-Site Sales Support representative in the United States. You will provide support to customers, resolve questions, and identify opportunities to grow sales of Parts and Supply offerings.

You will process orders, quotes, and inquiries with a high level of accuracy while providing a premier customer experience. The role emphasizes building customer relationships in a fast-paced environment, with daily interactions by phone and in person.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required
• Inside sales/retail or related experience
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment with emphasis on service

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction
• Grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons
• Process orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints for Parts and Supply
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to deliver premier customer experience
• Handle phone and in-person customer interactions
• Execute quote and order management with accuracy to expedite fulfillment
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed
• Flexible to work overtime/weekends as required
