Job summary

You will maintain product knowledge, achieve sales goals, and own the order management process to ensure smooth transactions. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to work on-site at multiple

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with emphasis on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
• Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons.
• Process orders and respond to inquiries or complaints regarding Parts and Supply; offer solutions for future sales.
• Maintain knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver a premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management with accuracy to expedite fulfillment.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed.
• Be flexible to work overtime/weekends as required.
