Qualifikationen

• Inside sales, retail, or related experience.

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.

• Process orders and respond to inquiries regarding Parts and Supply.
• Keep knowledge of Trane products and promotions to deliver premier service.
• Interact with customers in person and by phone; manage quotes and orders.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed.
