Trane Technologies seeks a Customer Sales Associate to be the trusted advisor at our Trane Supply stores. You’ll help customers with parts and equipment needs, resolve issues, and deliver timely parts and solutions with a strong product knowledge base.

You will manage orders, quotes, and inquiries while building relationships and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires flexibility for overtime and weekend hours, with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Inside sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify related products or add-ons to grow sales.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries about parts and supply offerings.
• Stay informed on Trane products, offerings and promotions to deliver a premier customer experience.
• Interact with customers on the phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment.
