Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to serve as a strategic partner for moderately complex clients, guiding discovery sessions and designing customized system configurations within our cloud-based HCM platform. This full-time, in-office role is based at Lake Mary, FL, requiring on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service or customer interfacing role.
• 2+ years of HCM implementation experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; high school diploma required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to adapt to new software.

Responsibilities

• Act as client trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional experiences during implementation.
• Lead discovery sessions and design customized system configurations.
• Assist with data migration, mapping, and validation for accurate data integration.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements related to HCM functions.
• Review configurations with clients to ensure alignment with needs and utilization.
• Coordinate with sales, product SMEs, and project managers to deliver quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot implementation matters and escalate when needed.
• Provide guidance on HCM best practices and change management strategies.
