Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to join our in-office team in Lake Mary, FL. You will partner with clients to design configurations, manage data migration, and ensure smooth onboarding for moderately complex accounts. This role emphasizes analytical thinking, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead discovery sessions, validate configurations, and provide proactive support through the implementation lifecycle, with on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or customer interfacing role.
• 2+ years of HCM implementation experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Paylocity products and processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as clients' trusted advisor during the implementation for moderately complex clients.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide smooth transition and post-implementation support including system maintenance and issue resolution.
• Assist moderately complex clients in data migration, data mapping, and data validation processes to ensure accurate data integration.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll, HR, time and labor.
• Review configuration of the system with the client to ensure alignment with needs and optimal utilization of capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including sales, product SMEs and project managers to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation related matters, escalating critical concerns when necessary.
