Paylocity in Meridian, ID, is hiring an Implementation Consultant II to partner with clients on moderately complex needs. You will lead discovery sessions, design configured systems, and ensure accurate data conversion and smooth onboarding.

The role requires strong analytic thinking, client relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site five days a week; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of HCM implementation experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Paylocity products and processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional customer experiences during implementation.
• Provide smooth transition and post-implementation support and issue resolution.
• Assist clients in data migration, mapping, and validation for data integration into HCM software.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements for payroll, HR, time and labor.
• Review client configurations to ensure alignment with needs and optimization of capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, product SMEs and project managers to deliver quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues; escalate when necessary.
• Provide guidance on HCM best practices and change management strategies.
