• 2+ years of customer service or customer interfacing experience.
• 2+ years in HCM implementation experience preferred.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Paylocity products and processes preferred.
• Client-centric approach with strong communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, with data analysis skills.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills and deadline focus.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor for moderately complex clients and manage the implementation life cycle.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain communication throughout onboarding.
• Assist data migration, mapping, and validation for accurate integration.
• Collaborate with clients on requirements for payroll, HR, time and labor.
• Review configurations to ensure optimal system utilization.
• Coordinate with sales, product SMEs, and project managers on implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Provide guidance on HCM best practices and change management.
