Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Operations Manager - HVAC Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations at a North Brunswick, NJ site. The role requires overseeing the in-house 24x7 maintenance team and coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure reliability of HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical trade experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• CMMS experience.
• Proficient with email, MS Word, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of in-house and 3rd-party maintenance.
• Oversight of in-house and 3rd-party utility operations.
• Manage work order processes for daily work scheduling and execution.
• Manage urgent and emergency work orders.
• Lead team through JHAs and execution permits.
• Oversee, keep or maintain logs where applicable.
• Provide system and equipment troubleshooting.
• Acquire appropriate tools.
• Project manage, coordinate and execute system & equipment shutdowns.
• Report status of utility systems to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for system repairs and improvements.
• Ability to read and red-line utility drawings.
• Manage a team of in-house shift technicians and rotating operators.
• Work closely with compliance for all procedures, protocols and work instructions.
