This role involves training maintenance associates, diagnosing HVAC issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC service, with strong leadership skills and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• 10-15 years residential/commercial service experience.
• 3-5 years HVAC management experience.
• Basic knowledge of duct sizing and static pressure.
• Basic knowledge of Heat pump systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading technical training of maintenance associates for HVAC repairs.
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training staff.
• Repair and maintain all HVAC equipment with PM schedules.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment and repairs.
