Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with commercial building systems, including refrigeration components.
• Experience with Siemens or Allen-Bradley BAS systems.
• EPA 608 certification for refrigeration systems.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-craft tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of HVAC/HVAC-R, utilities, and site systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment across all systems.
• Monitor alarms, perform preventive maintenance, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical controls and piping as required.
• Work on-call and possibly on evenings, nights, or weekends.
