Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across multiple facilities. You will work to maximize energy efficiency, minimize downtime, and keep detailed maintenance records.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, update CMMS entries, and coordinate with site teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification required (or within 90 days).
• Minimum four years building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical.
• Knowledge of system design and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing and related equipment.
• Inspect and document conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
• Update work orders and use CMMS for all tasks.
