Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager - HVAC Supervisor in North Brunswick, NJ to lead a 24x7 in-house maintenance team and coordinate HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems, shutdowns and utilities.

You will manage work orders, supervise in-house and third-party staff, read drawings, and work with engineering for system upgrades while maintaining safety and compliance. Requires 8+ years in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical trades and prior supervision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical trade experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• CMMS experience.
• Proficient with email, MS Word, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-house and 3rd-party maintenance.
• Oversee in-house and 3rd-party utility operations.
• Manage work order processes for daily scheduling and execution.
• Lead team through JHAs and permits.
• Read and red-line utility drawings.
• Coordinate system and equipment shutdowns and upgrades.
• Report status of utility systems to stakeholders.
