Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems, BAS, electrical components and temperature controls.
• Perform preventive, corrective and reliability maintenance.
• Enter detailed work orders and logs into CMMS.
• Collaborate with trades and engineering teams to complete tasks on time.
• On-call availability and adherence to safety protocols.
