Qualifications

• 5+ years of comprehensive building maintenance across multiple building systems.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical distribution, plumbing, fire safety equipment, and security systems.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC equipment operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency principles.
• Proficiency with major building automation systems (Metasys, Honeywell, Siemens, Tridium) with ability to program basic control sequences.
• EPA 608 Universal certification and electrical fundamentals required, valid driver's license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems.
• Operate and optimize building automation systems to control HVAC, lighting, and energy management.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, AHUs, VAVs, and rooftops.
• Manage electrical distribution, lighting controls, and emergency power systems; coordinate major repairs.
• Oversee plumbing and water systems maintenance ensuring code compliance.
• Program control sequences, analyze system data, and document activity in CMMS.
