The ideal candidate will handle applicant tracking, interviews, onboarding support, and workforce planning while upholding compliant, inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources and HR Management, including recruitment processes and basic HR administration.
• Sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication across candidates, team members, and leadership.
• Experience with employer branding, posting jobs, social media, and community outreach.
• Knowledge of employment laws, best practices; manufacturing/industrial hiring a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records in HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Source candidates and screen applications to build a strong candidate pool.
