Daily responsibilities include maintaining applicant tracking records, organizing interview schedules, supporting onboarding processes, and assisting with workforce planning and HR documentation. The role also contributes to employer branding initiatives, participates in job fairs or local outreach, and helps promote a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
