Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years in sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding candidates.
• Experience sourcing machinists, inspectors, and support staff preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities daily.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and recruiting/onboarding software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent HR experience.
• HR training or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, hires and onboards manufacturing candidates.
• Develops job postings and manages career boards.
• Collaborates with managers, supervisors, external partners and others to achieve goals.
• Conducts new employee orientations.
• Completes regular checkpoint meetings with new hires.
• Attends job fairs and other trade events for sourcing and promoting the company.
• Provides assistance to employees in walk-in HR department.
• Supports other department project work as needed.
