Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations on-site at our Michigan venues. You will help administer benefits, assist recruitment and onboarding, and maintain records while providing service to employees and managers.

The role requires strong HR knowledge, regulatory awareness, and solid communication. Workday experience and familiarity with sourcing tools are a plus for our team at multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment and hiring processes.
• 1-3 years of experience with HR software such as Workday.
• Experience using online sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Experience administering employee benefit programs and compliance knowledge.
• Payroll exposure preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and state regulations.
• Assist in administering benefits programs for facility staff.
• Assist recruitment, post ads, and manage selection process.
• Assist with new employee orientations and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records for benefits, hires, promotions, and terminations.
• Handle employee inquiries about policies and HR programs.
• Support payroll data entry and payroll-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll for timely payroll processing.
