Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support our human resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records to help build a positive workplace.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information; proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR support role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other databases.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
• Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions, including filing, correspondence, and documentation.
