Job summary

Legends Global in Mesa, AZ seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations onsite. You will administer benefits, conduct recruitments, manage orientations, and guide supervisors on performance management and employee relations to support a high-performing team.

The role requires a BA and 3+ years HR experience with Workday preferred; COBRA/ERISA familiarity is desirable. On-site position with competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Experience administering benefit programs.
• Workday experience highly preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Follows HR policies and ensures compliance with legal requirements and government reporting.
• Administers HR plans and procedures for facility personnel.
• Performs recruitment activities: ads, interviews, tests, and selections.
• Plans new employee orientations and maintains benefits records.
• Coordinates training and trains managers in interviewing, hiring, terminations, and performance management.
• Advises management on employee relations issues and EEOC concerns.
• Manages benefits programs and assist with pension plans, leave, and EAP.
• Conducts exit interviews and prepares separation documentation.
