Job summary

Legends Global seeks a human resources professional to manage core HR activities at our Oklahoma location. You will ensure policy compliance, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration, and support employee relations across the facility.

The role emphasizes training, performance management, and records accuracy while collaborating with leadership to sustain an inclusive, high-performance workplace.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Human Resources from a four-year college or university.
• Some part-time or summer internship experience in an HR role preferred.
• Or a similar combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows Legends Global HR policies to assure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting.
• Maintains compliance with state regulations concerning employment.
• Administers various HR plans and procedures for all facility personnel.
• Performs recruitment activities.
• Writes and places advertisements.
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientations.
• Keeps records of benefits plans participation and personnel transactions.
• Coordinates training or trains Managers in interviewing, hiring, terminations, and performance management.
• Coordinates Legends Global Customer Service Training for staff.
