Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Admin or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience including recruitment.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR software.
• Experience using online sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Experience administering benefits; payroll exposure helpful.
• Experience with timekeeping systems or HR payroll software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and government reporting.
• Assist in administering benefits programs for staff.
• Assist recruitment: create and post job ads, manage selection process.
• Assist with new employee orientations and onboarding.
• Maintain records for benefits participation and HR transactions.
• Respond to inquiries about policies and HR programs.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll to ensure timely payroll processing.
