Job summary

Jabil is seeking an HR Generalist to support policies, recruitment, compensation and benefits at our on-site facility in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will partner with managers to implement HR programs, advise on employee relations, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

You will lead recruitment activities, manage salary adjustments, coordinate benefits, and support organizational development initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and HRIS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing HR role.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
• Coach and consult with managers on performance, terminations, harassment, discrimination, etc.
• Coordinate employee activities and programs and ensure legal compliance.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and place internal and external applicants.
• Monitor salary increases and ensure they align with guidelines.
• Educate employees about benefits and manage open enrollment and issues.
