Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in construction.
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
- PHR certification preferred.
- Proficient with HRIS and MS Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle HR support with strategic and hands-on initiatives.
- Assist recruitment: track applicants, schedule interviews, draft offers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, training, and paperwork.
- Assist with performance reviews, relocations, and transfers.
- Help with benefits administration, open enrollment, and compliance.
- Participate in employee engagement and project kickoff meetings.
- Maintain HR records using HRIS and Learning Management Systems.
