Conti Federal Services in Orlando seeks a Human Resources Generalist for full‑cycle HR support. This on‑site role collaborates daily with the team to advance people initiatives and HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, an Associate's degree, and a can‑do attitude. PHR is a plus; UKG HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred as you support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience; ideal with a construction firm.
• Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• PHR certification (or pursuing) desirable.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented and cost conscious.
• Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems – UKG experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Teams.

Responsabilités

• Constantly and proactively work to achieve the company's vision and goals through HR policies and procedures.
• Promote and encourage a safety‑conscious attitude.
• Assist with recruitment: track applicants, schedule interviews, draft offer letters.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including training and paperwork.
• Assist with performance reviews, transfers, and relocations.
• Assist benefits administration, open enrollment, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS and Learning Management Systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
