This on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong knowledge of labor laws, and experience using HRIS systems to administer policies, benefits, and employee records. You will conduct orientations, resolutions of employee relations issues, investigations, and provide timely HR reports while partnering with corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or business.
• HR certification is a plus.
• 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience in a customer-centric, operational role.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to our Operations Team.
• Union‑experience required.
• Solid understanding of labor laws regarding hourly wages and timekeeping.
• Experience with workers’ compensation and reporting.
• Conduct orientations; perform reference and background checks.
• Administer HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain paper and electronic employee files.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws at all levels.
• Support safety and risk management programs.
• Provide HR reports in a timely, accurate manner.
• Build relationships with Corporate and regional teams.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance processes.
• Handle counseling, outplacement, and exit interviews.
• Suggest continual improvements in HR services.
