The role emphasizes confidentiality, professional judgment, and collaboration with Payroll, Compliance, and Operations to deliver seamless HR services onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, Paylocity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and policy guidance.
• Conduct workplace investigations with documentation and recommendations for action.
• Lead hearings, disciplinary meetings, and termination processes.
• Maintain HR records compliant with laws and company policy.
• Support onboarding and new-employee orientation to ensure a smooth integration.
