Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
• Working knowledge of HR laws (FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, ADA).
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with employment laws and assist with audits.
