An established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to take on a broad, hands‑on Human Resources role supporting a workforce of 300+ employees. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this position offers significant autonomy and visibility across the organization.

The HR Generalist will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership, with responsibilities spanning benefits, employee relations, HRIS administration, workers' compensation, compliance, onboarding, payroll support, and day‑to‑day HR operations.

  • High degree of independence and ownership over daily HR operations
  • Opportunity to introduce process improvements and additional structure to an evolving HR function
  • Collaborative culture that emphasizes confidentiality, loyalty, responsiveness, and long‑term commitment
  • Competitive compensation with flexibility for candidates bringing exceptional experience

This opportunity is particularly well suited for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being the primary HR resource and is comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

The Ideal HR Generalist

The ideal candidate is an approachable, employee‑focused HR professional who can also confidently manage challenging employee situations and communicate directly with senior leadership.

This is not a highly layered HR environment where every issue comes with a predefined process. The successful HR Generalist will be comfortable serving as a trusted, independent resource—someone who can prioritize competing demands, find solutions, maintain strict confidentiality, and keep employees supported even when there isn't an established playbook for every situation.

Candidates who value stability, ownership, responsiveness, and long‑term commitment will be especially well suited for this opportunity.
