Job summary

Catch Coverage in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to partner with employees and leaders across the organization. You will handle employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding, and compliance to sustain a positive, high-performing workplace.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of progressive HR Generalist experience. Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus) and strong communication are essential to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Fully onsite in Ft. Lauderdale, FL; remote or hybrid not available.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems; Paylocity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership across the organization.
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations and document findings with recommended actions.
• Facilitate hearings, disciplinary meetings, and terminations with proper documentation.
• Maintain employee records and support performance management actions.
• Guide managers on HR policy, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Lead new employee orientation and continuously improve onboarding.
• Support compliance with Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and state regulations.
