Job summary

CREO Group in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Generalist - Human Resources to support daily HR operations within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with operations leadership to support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, engagement initiatives, performance management, HR administration, and policy execution.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of on-site HR experience in manufacturing, strong organizational and communication skills, and bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of on-site HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for team member questions on policies, benefits, attendance, payroll, and concerns.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support leave administration (FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation).
• Assist with payroll/timekeeping, benefits enrollment, and HRIS data entry.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
