Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage a broad, hands-on HR function for 300+ employees. You will handle benefits, relations, HRIS (ADP), payroll support, compliance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Reporting to executive leadership, the role offers autonomy and visibility across the organization with a focus on process improvements and confidentiality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Hands-on benefits administration and employee relations experience.
• Experience with workers' compensation, leave administration, onboarding, terminations, and HR compliance.
• Manufacturing or light industrial workforce experience preferred.
• Experience supporting a 300+ employee population.
• ADP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and HR data reporting.
• Ability to work independently in onsite environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR activities for a workforce of 300+ employees.
• Serve as primary contact for employee questions, HR concerns, and benefits.
• Manage employee relations issues with discretion and sound judgment.
• Respond to employee needs promptly while maintaining a positive employee experience.
• Partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives.
