Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience; ideal with a construction firm.
• Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• PHR certification (or pursuing) desirable.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented and cost conscious.
• Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems – UKG experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Teams.

Responsibilities

General Position Description

The HR Generalist provides full-cycle HR support, focusing on strategic and hands‑on roles to enhance our people initiatives and HR processes. • Assists with the recruitment process, including tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters.
• Supports the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including training of new hires and completing/filing applicable paperwork.
• Assists with performance reviews, employee transfers, and employee relocations.
• Assists with benefits administration, open enrollment, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and reporting.
• Participates in project kickoff meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintains accurate HR records and documentation utilizing HRIS and various Learning Management Systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
