Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • PHR certification (or pursuing) desirable.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and cost conscious.
  • Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems – UKG experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and encourage a safety‑conscious attitude.
  • Assist with recruitment: track applicants, schedule interviews, draft offer letters.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including training and paperwork.

  • Assist benefits administration, open enrollment, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS and Learning Management Systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

General Position Description

The HR Generalist provides full-cycle HR support, focusing on strategic and hands‑on roles to enhance our people initiatives and HR processes. This hands‑on position is a great opportunity to become a part of a growing company. This position is an on‑site role, offering daily collaboration with our team at our Orlando office.

  • Promotes and encourages a safety‑conscious attitude.
  • Assists with the recruitment process, including tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters.
  • Supports the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including training of new hires and completing/filing applicable paperwork.
  • Assists with performance reviews, employee transfers, and employee relocations.
  • Assists with benefits administration, open enrollment, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and reporting.
  • Participates in project kickoff meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintains accurate HR records and documentation utilizing HRIS and various Learning Management Systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
