Job summary

R3 Strategic Support Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site HR Generalist for its Niceville, FL office.

You will serve as the HR contact for employees and managers, handling onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR reporting under the Director of HR & Administration. The role requires at least 2 years in HR generalist functions, knowledge of federal employment laws, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HR generalist experience, including benefits administration, payroll support, and offboarding.
• Knowledge of federal employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, Title VII, I-9).
• Experience maintaining HRIS data; ADP experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with payroll and benefits data.
• Discrete handling of confidential information.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a remote supervisor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site HR point of contact for employees and managers.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data; prepare HR reports.
• Support leave administration and compliance with relevant laws.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and office operations for the site.
