Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal presence.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Offboarding: manage end-to-end onboarding and exit processes.
• Employee Relations & Workplace Culture: advise on policies, benefits, performance, and engagement.
• HR Operations & Compliance: maintain records, ensure compliance with labor laws, update handbooks/SOPs.
• Benefits & Payroll: support open enrollment, benefits questions, and liaise with payroll.
