Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Three or more years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paycom experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Coordinate talent acquisition and recruitment activities for assigned roles.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and personnel files.
• Support benefits and payroll coordination and open enrollment processes.
