Job summary

High Profile, Inc. seeks an HR Generalist on a contract-to-hire basis to support onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach to improve employee experiences and HR processes. Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining HRIS data, benefits administration, and assisting with reports and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years HR operations, employee services, benefits, payroll, onboarding experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Dayforce experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Process employee transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Support benefits administration, leave management, payroll activities, and employee HR inquiries.
• Administer employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership decisions.
• Assist with HR projects, audits, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain HR documentation, checklists, and employee resources.
• Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees to provide consistent and responsive HR support.
