Job summary

Basic Fun! is a dynamic global designer and marketer of children's entertainment products based in Boca Raton, FL. The HR Generalist will partner with leaders to recruit, onboard, and support employees across the organization.

The role focuses on talent acquisition, HR operations, benefits coordination, and payroll support, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the employee experience. This is a full-time on-site position at our Boca Raton headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience required.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with Paycom HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records.
• Support benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and vendor communication.
• Ensure HR processes comply with regulations and drive process improvements.
