Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience in a family office, financial services, or professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and HRIS data.
• Support benefits administration, leave management, payroll-related processes, and inquiries.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for designated positions and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretations.
