Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in San Diego to support an affordable housing community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to maintain property standards.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting with turn events, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA guidelines while delivering quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in community maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and ensure safety.
