D.R. Horton, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Superintendent to manage all functions of the job site from permit to closing, coordinating subcontractors, homeowner walk-throughs, and inspections while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will schedule and supervise multiple home constructions, monitor budgets, ensure compliance with building codes, and deliver high customer service throughout the construction process.

Qualificações

• Read and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work.
• Strong communication with customers, management and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage and control costs and budgets.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction schedule and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors across all phases of construction.
• Inspect workmanship and enforce quality and code compliance.
• Oversee post-close warranty process and customer communications.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain site cleanliness and organization.
