Sentinel Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Tier 1/ Tier 2 Help Desk Technician for its Traverse City, Michigan site.
The role supports both office and production floor users, troubleshooting hardware and software, deploying technology, and maintaining IT infrastructure in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of help desk experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps, Cisco/Juniper networking, and virtualization.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Experience with Cisco/Juniper networking environments
- Exposure to VMware or other virtualization tech a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
