Job summary

Sun Hydraulics is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing and professional staff. This on-site role focuses on end-user support for PCs, devices, software, and basic troubleshooting, with room for growth within the IT team.

Responsibilities include supporting shop-floor PCs, kiosks, time clocks, barcode scanners, and ERP logins. Strong customer service mindset and the ability to work across office and plant environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Three plus years’ experience supporting desktop users.
• Experience with Windows and Office troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 users and account setups.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite computer and network support for hardware and software issues.
• Support shop-floor PCs, kiosks, and time clocks.
• Assist with ERP and shop-floor application logins and basic issues.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to support PCs connected to production equipment.
• Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
