Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group and part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Operations Experience Ambassador to create a warm, professional atmosphere for clients and staff. You will support on-site technology and AV needs, assist in meetings or service desks, and help ensure smooth floor operations with accurate time estimates.

You will engage with visitors, gather details on tech issues, and collaborate with the Workplace Team to assist VIP guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Audio Visual and/or Technical Support position or equivalent education in the field.
• Ability to provide first-line support for basic office technology.
• Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks in a public environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized internal and external customer support with elevated hospitality.
• Assist with workplace operations and support for meetings and events.
• Offer on-site technology support for AV needs and general inquiries.
• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff.
• Coordinate with the Workplace Team to assist VIP guests with technology requirements.
• Perform daily checks of offices and conference rooms to ensure tech readiness.
