Rapport, a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group and a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to create a warm, professional front desk environment for clients, executives and staff. The role requires open availability including days, evenings and weekends, with a 40-hour work week.

You will greet guests, guide them to meetings, manage access badges, coordinate space reservations, and uphold top-tier service standards across all interactions.

Qualifications

• A genuine sense of hospitality with commitment to Platinum Service standards in all aspects of the GSA role.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and juggle multiple visitors in a public environment.
• Excellent listening and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
• Greet employees and visitors and direct them to appointments with a welcoming demeanor.
• Assist in space reservations using an online tool and escort guests throughout the office.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers and other departments, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
